We build the keyboard you would have built yourself
DMD Keyboards started as a bench, a soldering iron and too many switch samples. Today we assemble custom mechanical keyboards to order for typists, gamers and people who simply cannot stand a mushy board. You choose the parts in our configurator; we do the tuning, the modding and the quality control.
One build at a time
Nothing is mass produced. Each board is assembled, tuned and sound-tested on the bench before it is packed.
Parts we actually use
We only stock switches, keycaps and cases we type on ourselves. If it doesn't feel right, it doesn't go in the catalog.
Honest advice
Send us your configuration and we'll tell you straight if a different plate, foam or switch weight suits you better.
